Rent Freeze Extension

On Monday, November 9th, the BC Provincial Government announced the extension of the freeze on rent increases until July 10, 2021, under the powers of the Emergency Program Act and COVID-19 Related Measures Act.

Many Proline tenants may have already received a notice of rent increase for December 2020 or January/February 2021. These notices are no longer in effect and should be disregarded. All tenants should continue to pay their current rental amounts going forward until notified otherwise.
