We wanted you to be involved from the beginning, to advise us and as importantly, to understand why decisions were made in the design. Our experience with you and with Proline could not have been better. You advised and created what was required always in a capable, professional and timely manner and we were at all times entirely convince that we had made the right decision in choosing Proline as The Pearl’s property manager. Over the past year plus, we have dealt with Jesse Robinson, your Site Services Manager and his assistance has been invaluable, he advised us on how it should be and why and was always available to us when needed. Jesse moved 117 new Owners into The Pearl efficiently and without my having been notified of a single complaint, something I am not used to. The first AGM will be held soon and we will have essentially completed our work and very confidently passed The Pearl onto Paul and Jesse to continue their professional service to The Pearl’s residence.

Wayne Watkins was our Manager and he kept us in line till 2002 when he introduced me to Elaine Ferguson.
