Common purpose.

Social responsibility is more than a tick-box. We’ve adopted systems to support everyday giving, including a charitable matching program for our staff. From community events to employee volunteerism, we put our money (and time) where our mouth is.

Causes we value.

CFAX Santas Anonymous

CFAX Santas Anonymous is one of Greater Victoria’s longest running children’s charities, working diligently to enhance the lives of local children in need.

We assist local families living with poverty through many of their programs and volunteer opportunities by running in marathons, answering phones for Miracle on Broad, watching airplanes in the summer and working in the malls at the Tree of Wishes stands.

Sandy Merriman House

Sandy Merriman provides emergency shelter for 25 women who are homeless. Guests receive safe shelter, meals, laundry, showers, support, referrals and advocacy, essentials, harm reduction and clothing. They offer a community lunch from 11:30-2 daily.

In our office every Friday is ‘Jeans Day’ with toonies from our team members passed along to support the house and people in need.

BC Cancer Foundation

Every dollar raised stays at BC Cancer to advance research and enhance care for the people of BC. We know that one in two people in our province will face cancer in their lifetime.

With incredible leaps in science and technology and the generous support of donors, BC Cancer is breaking new ground in genomics, immunology and nuclear medicine. The progress is real.

Local first.

From trades to tools, if we can go local, we do. A member of Think Local First—a registered non-profit promoting independent business — we spend consciously in the Island communities where we live and work to help our neighbours thrive.

Clean and green.

We’re always looking for ways to improve our environmental footprint and to pass that learning on to clients. Our active Green Team sources tools and technologies to help us tread more carefully.
