What is your favourite part of your job? I love having the opportunity to meet and work with a wide variety of amazing people. In particular, I enjoy the team environment that I get to be a part of on a daily basis and the welcoming family vibe that Proline embodies. I also enjoy the interactions I have with clients daily as I appreciate the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of others. What is your favourite paradigm and why? I have 2 favorite paradigms which are Rebellious Optimism and Wholehearted Togetherness. I lead with a positive demeanor aiming to bring that to every interaction I encounter. I also thoroughly enjoy collaborating with others who I get to learn from, provide support to and celebrate the wins with. I’m also one who does not shy away from challenges and enjoy the constant growth that these opportunities provide me with.
