What is your favourite part of your job?
My favorite part of being a Strata Manager is the people I meet. I meet new council members, new owners, contractors, each with a story to tell.

What is your favourite paradigm and why?
My favorite paradigm is Relentless incrementalism. I strive for growth every day in my personal life and to combine this growth with my career is a perfect match for me.
