What is your favourite part of your job?
I have learned that one of the keys to happiness is loving what you do and being passionate about it. For me, loving property management isn’t hard. It isn’t something that just pays the bills; it is a career I absolutely love and continue to enjoy every day. Things can change in a second, which often requires you to think quickly on your feet. The variety of tasks I do on a daily basis is very broad. I can go from meeting an electrician at a property to listing a new property. I meet different types of people every day and it always challenges me to develop my communication and people skills.

What is your favourite paradigm and why?
My favourite paradigm is Insidious Joy because if you take every day too seriously you will end up being resentful and unhappy. I truly believe work and life should be fun and full of laughter, even when you are having the darkest of days.
