What is your favourite part of your job?
Being able to collaborate with other Proline staff, as well as owners and tenants in some of our properties. Being able to have open lines of communication helps maintain our wonderful company culture and promote great working relationships with our clients and truly makes my job more enjoyable.

What is your favourite paradigm and why?
It’s a tie between Radical Transparency and Wholehearted Togetherness. Honesty, integrity, and accountability are some of the top qualities I try to tie into both my professional and personal life and the team-work, collaboration, and a great working culture is just the cherry on top!
