What is your favourite part of your job?
I am grateful to have the opportunity to create community and connection through sharing knowledge and understanding, both in personal relationships and through the Proline Academy and other learning initiatives. And I also love having ever-changing projects and big ideas to work on and be inspired by.
What is your favourite paradigm and why?
Wholehearted Togetherness - I believe we are all in this together, and only by sharing the best of ourselves with the world and building each other up will we find true collective success. I strive to see the best in people and feel a thrill when people find a positive outlet for their unique abilities.
