What is your favourite part of your job?
My favourite part of the job is connecting with people and finding solutions to problems. Given the vast array of individuals and situations within stratas no two days are the same, so the job is never at risk of becoming dull.

What is your favourite paradigm and why?
My favourite paradigms would have to be Relentless Incrementalism and Radical Transparency. I consistently strive to do better in all aspects of my job and life, while holding integrity, respect and authenticity at the forefront of my daily actions.
