Strata Fee Deferral Request

To submit an official request to your strata council to defer your strata fee payments, please complete this form.

Once the request, including all necessary supporting documents, has been received, the property manager will forward it to the strata council for consideration. Any decisions on the approval or rejection of a deferral request will be made by the strata council, based on the unique needs and situation of your strata corporation.

The deferral of strata fees will only be considered if the owner has suffered a loss of earnings or income as a result of COVID-19. Owners are under the obligation to advise the strata corporation immediately should their employment or income generating ability change such that they no longer require strata fee deferral.
