What is your favourite part of your job?
My favourite part of the job is getting to work and collaborate with a wide range of people in a dynamic environment. Being a strata property manager presents new challenges to tackle and new opportunities for growth seemingly every day, which I value a lot. But the relationships I get to develop along the way with clients and colleagues is the real payoff.

What is your favourite paradigm and why?
Rebellious Optimism is my favourite paradigm. A positive attitude is everything, especially when times get tough!
