What is your favourite part of your job?
My favourite part of my job is the people. I really value the relationships I build both with the colleagues I work alongside and with the clients I have the opportunity to support. Working with such a diverse group of individuals makes the role rewarding, and its meaningful to be able to connect with others while working towards accomplishing our goals together.

What is your favourite paradigm and why?
I relate to the idea of relentless incrementalism because I believe that meaningful progress happens through small, consistent efforts over time. Big changes can feel overwhelming, but focusing on steady steps forward can make challenges more manageable and keeps me motivated. I find a lot of value in trusting that even small improvement, repeated over time, can lead to significant and lasting results.
