What is your favourite part of your job?
What I enjoy most about my job is the opportunity to build new relationships with people and become connected to many different communities through my role as a strata manager.

What is your favourite paradigm and why?
The paradigm I hold closest is Relentless Incrementalism. I believe in the idea of becoming 1% better every day, both personally and professionally. This mindset has been a major contributor to my growth as a strata manager and as a person. Real growth rarely happens when you remain comfortable.
