What is your favourite part of your job?
Making a contribution to someone’s life: for most people their home is their sanctuary, and we are able to help build, improve and add warmth to the communities they live in.   Some situations can be difficult for strata councils (who are volunteers after all!), so to help navigate those situations with a positive upbeat approach can turn them into a positive outcomes, with everyone even smiling at the end.

What is your favourite paradigm and why?
Wholehearted togetherness is a close second as Proline is unique in how we work in such a collaborative team environment (vs individual silo’s like many others) which is so fantastic and enjoyable.  And coming in first: Insidious Joy: it’s great to always, on the good and the bad days, stop and put some happy in your ness!
